A B2B platform for farmers in Argentina and Brazil: season planning per lot, field work and inputs, stock and withdrawal orders, harvest, costs and valuation. In Spanish, Portuguese and English.
Growers in two countries needed to plan the season and log what happens on each lot from one place, in their own language.
The annual plan lived in spreadsheets and execution in each manager's head. Costs, inputs and yields never reconciled between what was planned and what was done.
We modeled the season as cycles per lot with planned and executed activities, and connected input stock, harvest and valuation to the same record.
React, TypeScript, Vite and MUI with Redux Toolkit, on top of CouchDB queried directly from the browser. Deployed on Vercel, in three languages.
An ongoing working relationship since 2022, with operations in Argentina and Brazil. The product kept growing module by module without slowing down users in the field.
