A management system for health-food stores, sold as a product under the Gopal brand. Point of sale with barcode scanning, stock, purchasing, customers with store credit, reports and electronic tax invoicing.

Gopal, which supplies natural products to health-food stores, wanted to offer its own system to shops that were running without one.
Sales written down by hand, no stock control and invoicing handled elsewhere. Any generic system was too complex for the counter.
We designed the product around the register: scan, charge and give change in seconds, with store credit and customer accounts. Everything else (stock, purchasing, reports) feeds off that.
React and TypeScript on the front end, Go with PostgreSQL on the back end and our own relay for the tax agency's SOAP services. Infrastructure on AWS behind Cloudflare, with Firebase authentication.
In production under the Gopal brand, with stores paying to use it. A shop starts with products that only have a name and a price and invoices from day one.
A product in continuous evolution. The redesign for health-food stores, with the register and an eight-section menu, shipped to production in June 2026.
Gopal brings the industry knowledge and the commercial relationship with each store; we run the product, the infrastructure and technical support.
Medium: a system for shops without a system demands that every screen be obvious. Several features were simplified or hidden until charging took seconds.
